Each region has its own Context Router base URL, https://{region}.context-router.slng.ai/v1, where {region} is the gateway code, for example https://eu-west.context-router.slng.ai/v1. Call the region closest to your callers. Requests are not routed between regions. For every region’s Context Router base URL alongside its speech and agent codes, see Regions and base URLs.

Caching is region-aware and scoped to your organization. Your requests are never processed or cached in another region.
